Please join the Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc., Delta Sigma Omega Chapter as we exercise for a good cause!

According to the American Heart Association, cardiovascular diseases kill nearly 50,000 African-American women annually. Of African-American women ages 20 and older, 49 percent have heart diseases. During our virtual program, we will have a one-hour Zumba session to get our hearts pumping followed by a short myth buster presentation to help educate our attendees on cardiovascular disease.
